GRADUATE ADMISSION The Office of Graduate Admission presents Hamline graduate and post-baccalaureate programs to potential students in a variety of venues. We represent Hamline at community, school, and corporate education fairs as well as on and off campus information sessions. We work closely with program personnel to assure that prospective students have all of the pertinent information to make wise educational decisions. The Office of Graduate Admission also works closely with applicants through their application and admission processes all the way through new student orientation.

FINANCIAL AID The Office of Financial Aid provides financial customer service and processes financial aid to all qualified Hamline students. The goal of the financial aid office is to administer financial aid clearly and fairly to all students, fulfill the stewardship role of awarding university, federal, and state funds, while following required guidelines and regulations outlined by the governing agencies.

STUDENT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Office of Student Administrative Services is a convenient, centralized administrative services office for students, faculty, and staff members of the Hamline community. Student Service Administrators are trained to counsel, advise, investigate, problem-solve, and resolve questions and issues regarding registration, financial aid, student accounts, billing, and payments.

UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION The Office of Undergraduate Admission is responsible for attracting and developing on-going relationships with interested high school students. Additionally, the admission team manages the student application and admission process. The Undergraduate Admission Office also works closely with applicants beginning with the inquiry process and concluding with new student orientation.

PUBLIC RELATIONS The purpose of the Public Relations Office is to increase the visibility and enhance the reputation of Hamline University through its activities and efforts. The Public Relations Office oversees and implements public relations, media relations, and crisis communications strategies and efforts for the university. This office also advises on and contributes to key internal and external communications and issues and works with University Relations to support neighborhood partnerships and legislative relationships.
