Description
Supercharge your summer! The Renewable Energy Camp -- a weeklong summer high school day camp for students entering grades 9 through 12 -- will enhance understanding of renewable energy and demonstrate how to design, test, construct, fabricate, and present energy conversion and storage devices.
At camp, you will:
- Interact with local experts to learn the principles of and conduct hands-on experiments with renewable energy conversion and storage devices like solar cells, supercapacitors, and lithium-ion batteries
- Work with a team to design, fabricate, and test energy conversion and storage devices, as well as analyze and present experimental results
