Conversations®with Jeffrey Siegel - Immortal Impromptus

Jeffrey Siegel returns for a new season of Keyboard Conversations®, this time to explore /Immortal Impromptus

Before the 20th Century, pianists would improvise many of the works they played. An impromptu is a more stylized work that gives the impression of being made up on the spot, and some of the best are by Franz Schubert, Frederick Chopin, and Gabriel Fauré. Tickets for current Hamline faculty, staff and students are free (one per id). Order online at https://kb2022.brownpapertickets.com/. Tickets are picked up at will call - you can show id there.
