Let's Talk - A New Resource for Students

New for Fall, 2023, the Counseling & Health Services office is offering "Let's Talk" sessions for students.  In contrast to the traditional counseling format of weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute appointments, Let's Talk is an informal, no-commitment, drop-in service for brief (15 minute) consultations with a counselor that can be used on a one-time or occasional basis.  Let's Talk is well-suited for students looking for support around a specific concern such as stress or anxiety; low mood; relationships with partners, friends, family, or roommates; adjustment to college or homesickness; or academic performance.  It is also appropriate for those who are uncertain about counseling but want to give it a try.
