Print/Copy/Scanner Replacements Coming Soon

As part of our print services contract renewal, Marco will replace our fleet of Canon print/copy/scanner devices. Marco technicians will be on site December 14-22 to replace the current fleet with new models. The replacement devices are manufactured by Sharp and Hewlett-Packard (HP). However, the primary functional interface will be similar to the Canon devices, such as “follow me” printing where you can print to a secure print queue, and then print out your job at any device across campus. Some new features will make it easier to print from mobile devices and non-Hamline managed devices. Marco will have a technician available for training and/or questions at the Central Service desk the first few days of J-Term.
