Acting/Interim President Kathy Murray has announced finalization of the 2024-25 holiday schedule. Dr. Murray has authorized changes to this schedule for the coming year. In 2024-2025,
- July 5 will be an extra holiday.
- The campus will also be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025 and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
This adds six days to the holiday schedule as paid leave for staff the 2024-2025 year. Staff employees who have already requested time off during this period should rescind their requests through Workday at their earliest convenience. Offices providing needed essential services will remain open. Dr. Murray asks that supervisors work with employees in those particular areas of our operation to ensure the additional time off is provided consistent with departmental needs.
