On Friday, November 1, the Violence Prevention Project Research Center (VPPRC) will host The Minnesota Gun Violence Research Summit — a gathering that brings together practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and community members from various sectors across the state. The goal of this summit is to address the issue of gun violence prevention by providing a platform for discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the latest research, share best practices, and explore strategies for reducing gun violence in schools, communities, and homes in Minnesota. The summit focuses on collaboration, innovation, and evidence-based approaches to finding solutions to gun violence.
