Api Sulistyo is a well-rounded human resources partner with more than fifteen years of experience in HR practices in both corporate and higher education settings. His passion is to provide high-quality services through identifying the best diverse talent on a timely basis to fill critical positions. Over the years he has built and maintained strong connections with diverse associations and minority groups. He is motivated by a collaborative, inclusive, and appreciative work environment. His goal is to ensure that each team member is welcome, challenged to perform at their best, and feels appreciated. He brings fun and excitement to the team with his "Yes! It can be done!" attitude.
As a Fulbright Scholar from Indonesia (his home country), Api obtained his master’s degree in intercultural communication from Arizona State University. His dream is to serve as a liaison for people of diverse backgrounds to be able to respect each other and value their differences.
