Elizabeth Katzman

Faculty Administrative Assistant
Work space: St. Paul Main Campus > East Hall > East Hall EAST 231E

Elizabeth is new to administrative support, bringing experience from over ten years of tech sales and IT support in multiple industries. She attended Hamline for her first two years of college, studying French, Digital Media Arts, and Japanese through the ACTC partnership with Macalester. Her position as a student worker at the ITS Help Desk provided her with valuable real-world experience she was able to use throughout her career. She is excited to return to Hamline to support its great community and gain further insight into higher education.

After a long break, she completed her bachelor’s degree online through the University of North Texas, earning a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Consumer Behavior and Media Innovation. A proponent of lifelong learning, she hopes to pursue a master’s degree once she decides on a field of study from among her many interests.

Elizabeth loves to travel, having visited Europe and Asia on numerous occasions, and regularly makes trips to both the west and east coasts of the United States. At home, she devotes her time to her Samoyed and her local Samoyed family, participating in various AKC events, including dog shows. Since 2023, she has served as Treasurer on the board of the Samoyed Association of Minneapolis-St. Paul.
