Jaycee Manchi is a psychology graduate from Hamline University, transitioning into a career in clinical psychology after working as a law enforcement officer for the City of Minneapolis from 2018 to 2022. She has worked as a research assistant for The Violence Project for two years, focusing on gun violence in the Twin Cities. With a unique combination of frontline experience and academic research, Jaycee aims to contribute to policies that address mental health, trauma, and public safety.
