Kathy Mann Arnott

Kathryn (Kathy) Mann Arnott is the assistant dean for administration for the School of Business. In her role with the School of Business (HSB), Kathy serves on the leadership team of the School and manages the overall daily business operations. She also serves as the HSB liaison to administrative units at Hamline University. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and decision-making; fiscal planning; management of the budget and allocation of resources; and operational development and implementation of services, activities, policies and procedures for HSB. Kathy holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of WI-Madison and Master of Education-Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia. Kathy has worked in higher education for most of her career and enjoys the ebb and flow of the academic cycle.
