Kipp Manske oversees technology support at the Central Service Desk which is a collaborative resource provided by ITS and Library Services. He has been employed at Hamline since 1996 when he started as a computer support technician. In 2001, Kipp oversaw the deployment and subsequent management of Hamline’s first ITS support desk. This ITS Helpdesk was combined with the Library Circulation Desk in 2015 to create the current “one-stop” Central Service Desk. Outside of work, Kipp enjoys playing, recording and listening to music.
