Dr. Pavel has been teaching at various colleges and universities since 2007 and at Hamline University since 2019. He holds a master of science in organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and a doctor of business administration from the University of Dallas. Dr. Pavel is a full-time faculty member at University of North Texas, a large tier-one research public university located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Dr. Pavel is an active researcher in leadership, corporate social responsibility, and marketing. One of his research studies was presented at the 2018 annual conference of the Academy of Management, and it was the basis for a methodological paper he published in Sage's Research Methods Cases. He recently co-authored a book chapter in a Routledge reference textbook on CSR marketing strategy and has several marketing papers in the data analysis or peer-review phase.
