Religion professor Mark Berkson was the featured speaker at a global webinar presented by the Center for Excellence on Empathy, Equity and Diversity. The talk was entitled, "There is No ‘Religion’ Without Comparison: The Intellectual and Ethical Importance of Comparative Religious Studies." The webinar, which took place on August 17, included participants from New Zealand, Australia, Italy, the US, and India.
