Will Publishes in Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy

Professor Jennifer Haskin Will's article, Following in the Footsteps of Fair Pay, was recently published in the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. In her article, Professor Will advocates legislative reform to promote greater transparency of so-called "white collar" work hours, as a means of promoting more reasonable workweeks for exempt office workers who may work excessively long hours.
