Larson publishes on felony disenfranchisement

Assistant Professor of Criminology Ryan Larson and his colleagues have published their 2022 report on felony disenfranchisement (https://www.sentencingproject.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Locked-Out-2022-Estimates-of-People-Denied-Voting.pdf), estimating that over 4.6 million Americans cannot vote due to a felony criminal record on Election Day 2022. The estimates in the report were completed with the invaluable assistance of Molly Hauf, who is a double major in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Spanish at Hamline.
