Jennifer Haskin Will, an Assistant Professor in Legal Studies, recently published an article about the post-pandemic future of "white collar" work in the University of St. Thomas Journal of Law and Public Policy, as part of a symposium titled, "Revitalizing Public Goods." The article, which is available here, explores how the potential for remote work could facilitate changes in the law regarding exempt office workers. It is the second of two articles by Professor Will exploring long workweeks in corporate America. A companion piece, available here, was previously published in the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy.
