Norman Presents at Best Practices Conference

Kris Norman, professor and director of public administration programs in the School of Business, was invited to be part of the closing plenary panel for the Best Practices Conference of the South Florida Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration in Miami on February 24th. She discussed her latest research: "How many Es, or what do public administrators need to consider in providing for the public good?" The panel consider the recent proposal by some scholars of public administration that the pillars of public administration move from economy, efficiency, effectiveness and equity to engagement, empathy, equity and ethics.
