Hamline master's student Greta McElvain presented her MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages thesis paper at The SLA Graduate Student Symposium on April 1, 2023. Her presentation, entitled "Adult Immigrant English Learners’ Perceptions of Their Multilingual and Multicultural Identities" focused on her research conducted last summer where she studied adult ELs' perceptions of their multilingualism and multiculturalism and how to improve those perceptions.
