Try the New Hamline GO app

We have created a new app (it works on Apple and Android devices) to help you get connected to campus. Think "Pokemon Go meets Hamline faculty and staff."

Here's a web page that describes it
Here's a Youtube video showing it in use.
Here's the download link for your phone. (Note: it leverages a Google app called AppSheet to enable cross-platform compatibility)

Quick description:

  • Collect faculty and staff avatars (map pins) for one point each. Five points if they teach in your major. The avatars do not indicate where those faculty and staff actually are, they're just randomly placed map pins. All the pins are randomly shuffled every hour.
  • Collect faculty, staff, and offices using their hourly code for 10 points each
  • Monthly student point leaders and faculty and staff avatar leaders will get prizes
  • While it uses your location to show you available avatars, we do not save your location. If you're off campus, it still works, but only shows you a small random sample of available avatars.
