Preves is Visiting Faculty in UK

Professor of Social Justice and Social Change Sharon Preves was an invited, sponsored, featured guest lecturer at the University of Leeds (England), hosted by the University's Centre for Law and Social Justice and their Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender studies. She presented one talk to graduate students entitled "Joys, Pitfalls, and Lessons Gleaned from (Unexpected) Longitudinal Interviews with Intersex Activists and Support Group Members".  Preves' other talk was to faculty affiliated with both centers and was entitled "Intersex Resilience and Activism". She also enjoyed the opportunity for fabulous networking across disciplines with many faculty from the University of Leeds during teatime, lunches, and dinners.
