Did you know it's easy to learn the performance status of several dozen ITS and Library systems at Hamline? You can discover this information by accessing the Central Service Desk portal page <https://hamline.service-now.com/sp>. After you reach this page, click on the "Log in" link in the upper right-hand corner. After logging in you'll see a new "Systems Status" menu option in the upper right-hand corner of the display. Follow this link to learn the performance status of 39 various services provided by ITS and the Library for the university community. If you're encountering unexpected performance with a particular system, you can review the Systems Status page to learn whether the unusual performance of that system has already been reported by others. Update messages with more details about system degradation and downtime are posted near the top of the Systems Status page when further relevant details are known, such as anticipated restoration of normal service.
