PhD Alum Interviewed on Dissertation Research for Local Hmong News Channel

Yeng Jonathan Vang, (PhD in Management and Public Service ’24) was interviewed about his dissertation, Leadership Challenges with Mental Health Literacy and Cultural Stigma in the Hmong Community for the show "Uncover More Good with Yengyee Lor" on 3HMONGTV. Dr. Vang's research examines both the cultural stigma with in the Hmong community which often leads to people's mental health challenges being unrecognized or untreated, and the need to find leadership within the Hmong community that can lead the change to remove the stigma.
