Student Parking for 2024-25

Registration and Permit Application
Similar to previous years, registering your vehicle and applying for a parking permit will all be through google forms. This will go live Thursday August 1st and will be sent out via email and available on our website which you can access on the parking page. All passes are valid for one year so last year's permits will no longer be valid and you will have to fill out the google form again this year. 

Registering your Vehicle
If you do not wish to purchase a parking permit but will still be driving here and parking off campus, we at HPS request that you register your vehicle with us in case of emergency. This is free of cost and will be available through the google form mentioned above. 

NOTE: If you registered your vehicle last year, you DO NOT need to register it again. We keep vehicle information on file for two years.  

Student Parking Permits
There are two different parking permits available for students and they are as follows: 

  • Surface Lot Pass - $285/year

    • Charged as a one-time payment to your student account in fall semester

    • Allows access to any lot on campus, so long as you are parked in a valid parking spot

  • Apartments Garage Pass - $520/year

    • Charged as a one-time payment to your student account in fall semester

    • Allows access to the Student Apartments underground parking ramp as well as any lot on campus, so long as you are parked in a valid parking spot

    • To apply for this pass you MUST be a resident of this building

NOTE: Permits are charged on a yearly basis but can be adjusted if absolutely necessary ex. study abroad, graduate early, etc.
