Fall Book Pick-Up Information

Book Pick Up is self-service by appointment from August 12 through August 25 in the Game Space in Sorin Hall. Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Your order will not be in the pick up area unless an appointment has been made. There will not be an attendant. You may just go in and take your books.

If you can't make it during the time slots before August 25, your books will still be available for pick up during store hours once classes begin. At that point, no appointment is needed.

  • Please sign up with your Hamline email. If you are unable to, please let us know what your Hamline email is, as this is how we locate your order (hubookstore@hamline.edu). If you sign up with your alternate gmail, yahoo, msn, hotmail, or any other email account, we probably won't know who you are.
  • Please only sign up for one time slot. If you can't make your exact appointment time, your books will still be in the game space for pick up at your convenience during store hours. There is no need to change your appointment time. DO NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE YOU MAKE IT. WE WILL ACCOMMODATE YOUR LATER TIME.

Day of Pick Up

You may have more than one package. Please double check. You may also have books arriving later - if so, we will place them in the game space as they arrive. Check your Hamline email for messages from us.

  • If you do not see your books: They may be stacked under someone else's books, or on another shelf with the same first letter of your surname. If you still can't find your books, please stop by the store to let us know. Occasionally your preferred name does not match up with what appears on our orders, so if you have an alternate name not attached to the email you sign up with, we will not know whose order it is, but will be happy to locate it for you!
