The current email-to-print function for submitting jobs to campus printers, known as mobileprint, will be shut down on October 15, 2024. Users should submit print jobs through the new PaperCut interface rather than emailing the job. The purpose of this change is to help make the task of submitting and monitoring jobs more simple for end users to initiate and track.
- To submit a document to be printed, log on to https://piperxpress.hamline.edu/user. Please note that this will only accept PDF and image files.
- Login using your Hamline credentials.
- From the left hand menu of the PaperCut interface, select “Web Print”.
- PaperCut will display any existing print jobs in your queue.
- Click on “Submit a Job” and select appropriate options for your needs.
