On January 23-24, 2025, ATLAS (www.atlasABE.org) hosted over 260 adult educators from across the state for the 10th annual Language & Literacy Institute. This conference offered two full days of sessions on teaching reading, writing, and English language skills to adult learners, as well as roundtable discussion groups. ATLAS has been a grant-funded Center in the School for Education & Leadership since 2007, and it focuses on professional development for adult basic education (ABE).
