Hamline Collaborative Research Programs, Hamline University Honors, and the Center for Teaching and Learning invite you to participate in the annual Hamline Showcase for Student Research and Creative Inquiry in the Classroom. Please consider participating!
Who can participate?
Any student who conducted a research, creative inquiry, or community-engaged project as a part of the course or as an individual/independent study at Hamline during 2024 - 2025 academic year. Team and individual projects are encouraged! Students of every field and level are welcome, from humanities to natural sciences, from fine arts to social sciences, from education to business, and beyond!
What is the event?
This fun and exciting event will highlight the amazing research, creative inquiry, and community-engaged work that Hamline faculty and students do in their classrooms. Hamline SCUR program follows the Council on Undergraduate Research in defining undergraduate research as “A mentored investigation or creative inquiry conducted by undergraduates that seeks to make a scholarly or artistic contribution to knowledge” and invites faculty and student scholars from a variety of disciplines to apply.
When will it happen?
The Hamline University Showcase for Student Research and Creative Inquiry in the Classroom 2025 will take place during convo hour on May 6, 2025. More information will follow!
