Registration and Degree Planning

Academic advisors can help students with course selection and the registration process, and discuss any questions or concerns. Current students are required to meet with their assigned advisor before their advisor will lift a registration hold.
You may find the following resources helpful as you plan for registration. CASA advisors are also available for registration support.
Continuing students are required to meet with your assigned advisor during advising weeks, the two weeks prior to registration week, to discuss your plans for the upcoming semester and your overall academic plans. Following that meeting, your advisor will lift a hold that will allow you to register.
Registration week is after advising weeks. Students register by class starting with seniors. Registration begins at 7 a.m. each day and remains open until the first day of the upcoming semester. Once classes begin, you may drop and add classes via an Add/Drop/Withdraw form available on the registration and records forms page. Adding and dropping classes is permitted through the 10th day of classes.
