Binnur Ozkececi-Taner, Professor of Political Science, recently participated in a roundtable at the 65th Annual Convention of the International Studies Association, held in San Francisco, CA. Ozkececi-Taner's presentation on "Relationality in Turkey's Foreign Policy: A Thematic Approach" drew from her recently published book and proposed a new grand strategy for Turkey's foreign policy.
