Associate professor of environmental and STEM education, director of the natural sciences and environmental education program, and co-Director of the environmental and climate studies program Dr. Patty Born was the keynote speaker at the Minnesota Association for Environmental Education annual conference. She spoke about the history of environmental education in Minnesota and Hamline’s leadership role over the past few decades in helping move the field forward in Minnesota and beyond. She also highlighted the Teacher Field School program, underscoring the importance of climate and sustainability education in K-12 settings.
