Hamline’s technology acquisition and asset management system is managed through ServiceNow:

Allowing departments to make their own decisions about the technology they use by relying on a decentralized budget and a flexible operating spending model

Allowing everyone to rely on the same process for technology acquisitions
When you receive an email notification that your device lease is expiring, click on the link in the email to go to the CSD Service Portal and fill out the form for Replacement Device Request.
You will need to be logged into the Service Portal to access the form. Click on Login in the upper-right corner of the Service Portal homepage.
