Tori Addison

Tori Addison is a seasoned HR professional with 15+ years of experience. She holds a BS in Organizational/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University as well as an MBA.  Prior to working at Hamline, she has held various roles, including HR Generalist, Benefits Specialist and HR Manager. Her career has been spent at small and large companies as well as public and private organizations. She seeks to provide the best employee experience from pre-hire to retirement. Advocating for employees and helping create a culture where employees thrive is extremely important to her.
