Large event spaces and classrooms are blocked out for major and campus-wide events and designated official university holidays.

Conference and Event Management (CEM) reserves the right to move any group scheduled for a conference or event on campus to an alternate campus location. Assessment of appropriate space resources includes event headcount, room capacity, requested event resources, revenue potential, and the number of rooms needed.
